What we believe
- Free should mean free. Unlimited template downloads, no email gate, no "3 invoices a month" limits.
- Your numbers are your business. The invoice maker runs entirely in your browser, so your client list and prices stay on your device.
- Templates should do the maths. Every Excel template uses tested formulas for line totals, discount, tax, shipping and balance due.
How we make the templates
Each template is generated from the same code as the online maker, so a template and a finished invoice always use identical formulas. Before release, every formula is checked against worked examples (like the sample invoice on our home page). We review templates and articles at least twice a year and show the date on every page.
How we make money
Invoice Pro is an optional subscription for people who invoice regularly: saved clients, automatic numbering, Pay now links and reminders. That keeps the templates free for everyone else.
