Frequently asked questions
Will the templates stay free?
Yes. All templates and the online invoice maker stay free with unlimited downloads. Pro only adds account features that need a server: saving, sending, reminders and payments.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of Invoice Pro free. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Do you take a cut of my payments?
No. Pay now links use your own Stripe or PayPal account. We charge 0% platform fee; only the payment provider's normal processing fee applies.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in two clicks. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month; yearly plans stop at the end of the year, and you keep your exported invoices.
