Excel Invoice Maker ("we", "us") is operated by Excel Invoice Maker (operated by [Company name], UAE). This policy explains what data we handle when you use excelinvoicemaker.com.
The short version
- Your invoices never leave your device. The free invoice maker builds Excel, Word and PDF files inside your browser. We never receive your business details, client details, prices or logo.
- Your draft invoice is saved in your own browser's local storage so you don't lose work. Clear it any time with "Clear form" or by clearing site data.
- We don't sell personal data and don't use advertising cookies in the invoice maker.
Data we do process
- Contact form: the name, email and message you send us, used only to reply. Kept up to 24 months.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and abuse prevention. Kept up to 30 days.
- Analytics: if enabled, we use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics that count page views and downloads in aggregate. No cross-site tracking.
- Invoice Pro (when launched): account email, saved clients, items and invoices you choose to store, and billing records. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see full card numbers.
Advertising
Some content pages may show ads in the future. If that requires non-essential cookies, we'll ask for consent first and update this policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and UAE PDPL where they apply. Email hello@excelinvoicemaker.com.
Children
This service is intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 16.
